listen lots of music, see BBC or CNN , pratice exercice, have a penfriend, go abroad....lots of thing!!

english and american voices are very differents to hear and to undertstand!
(for me) american accent is more difficult that english when people speak quick  
sometimes I watch the american tv and it's very difficult for me to catch all the words!
